What do you eat in quarantine?

Staying at home all the time and leading a sedentary lifestyle take their toll. It is not only gaining weight but also feeling sluggish and having bags under your eyes. We all can relate to it. Therefore, our students take great care of their health. One of the most important factors for feeling good is being in high spirits and the crucial thing for keeping fit is eating healthily.
We have worked on creating a menu, obtained information about healthy eating, learned how to count calories and learnt some Ukrainian.
