New discoveries at AISU

A real miracle happened again in the walls of AISU. Our young researchers were momentarily reincarnated as real scientists, biologists, meteorologists and inventors. This time, the school turned into a laboratory of discoveries, where every student could touch the magic of Science – with their own hands and heart.

One of the highlights is an interactive journey through the human body. The students went on an unusual expedition: from head to toe, they “traveled” around the inner world of a person. Instead of textbook pages – virtual and practical interaction: how the heart works, how the brain functions, how the lungs supply the body with oxygen, how the stomach digests food – all this children did not just hear, but felt, saw and even “lived”.

For many, this tour was the first conscious step towards understanding their own body, its vulnerability and strength. Such experiments not only teach, but also foster respect for the human body, health and science in general.

Weather station on a trampoline? Easy! AISU proves once again that science is fun and not necessarily sitting at a desk. One of the experiments was a real discovery – the construction of a weather station… on a trampoline! So, students were able to create meteorological instruments with their own hands that recorded wind, temperature and humidity – and all this in conditions of active traffic.

This unusual approach allowed combining physical activity with scientific observations, which contributes to better assimilation of the material and the development of creative thinking. Children were born with ideas and questions that lead to new discoveries. And this is the most valuable result – when curiosity breeds knowledge.

Young naturalists went on an expedition to the world of insects, watching them not from textbooks, but through a magnifying glass – live. Who are these tiny creatures? How do they live, move, and communicate? Children have learned that every ant, Beetle or butterfly plays an important role in the natural balance, and their life is another mysterious story worth exploring.

By studying insects, students learned not only biology, but also ecological thinking, respect for the world around them, and observation skills.

“Safe nuclear explosives” – science with humor. At one of the scientific master classes, students had the opportunity to create “nuclear explosives” -absolutely safe, but very effective. Of course, we are talking about a chemical reaction, which is accompanied by foaming, steam, and even “explosive” appearance. Delight and laughter are the Companions of every experiment.

Thanks to such experiments, students learned more about the reactions of substances, the basics of chemistry and the safe handling of various materials. And most importantly, they were convinced that even complex science can be fascinating, understandable and fun to present.

AISU school has once again confirmed its status as an innovative educational space, where every child has the opportunity to develop not only intelligence, but also curiosity, emotional intelligence, practical skills and self-confidence. Here, science goes beyond the classroom, turning into a game, adventure, and life experience.

And who knows-perhaps these discoveries were the first step towards future Nobel laureates, inventors or doctors of a new generation. After all, every great journey begins with a small experiment.

New discoveries in English!

The English language is also not forgotten! At AISU school, it is not just a subject, but the key to cross – cultural communication, new opportunities and personal growth. Special attention is paid to the Speaking Club – a lively, dynamic space where every student learns to speak, think and feel confident in English.

At the Speaking Club, students don’t just learn words – they live by them. Through language games, dialogues, role-playing scenes, and team tasks, children are immersed in an English-speaking environment where language ceases to be something abstract and becomes a real communication tool.

Why is this important? Because the ability to speak is one of the most difficult, but at the same time the most important stages in learning a language. It is through the speaking Club at AISU that children get rid of the fear of making mistakes, get practice in real situations and learn to express their thoughts spontaneously.

AISU actively uses game methods in teaching English. Language quests, grammar battles ,” Who am I?”, “Guess the Word”, “Taboo”, “Story Cubes” and other dynamic games not only entertain, but also deepen your knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. Through the game, the child learns the material more actively, feels more relaxed and motivated.

Teamwork is also an important component. Students cooperate, support each other, learn leadership, the ability to listen and express their thoughts in English in a reasoned manner.

AISU does not have a standard “one for all”approach. Each student is a separate language story, and teachers adapt tasks to the level and needs of each child. This allows you to avoid stress and create conditions for real progress.

The language environment is maintained daily: in class, during breaks, in elective classes, clubs, and project work. Students actively use English not only at the level of a” textbook”, but also in creative presentations, debates, writing stories, and even in theater productions.

The most valuable achievement of AISU in teaching English is not only the level of language proficiency, but also the attitude to it. Children are not afraid of mistakes, they see speech as a means to achieve a goal: traveling, communicating, studying abroad, a career in the future. This approach forms language courage-the ability to communicate regardless of circumstances and the perfection of knowledge.

At AISU, English is not just a foreign language. It is a bridge to the global world. Here they teach you not only to speak, but also to think in English, dream in English, and create in English. And every Speaking Club is another step towards becoming a citizen of the world.

Language is power, and AISU teaches you to use it with confidence, inspiration, and joy.

Other interesting activities in our school

Summer at AISU school is not just a vacation, it is a bright kaleidoscope of impressions, adventures and unforgettable discoveries. Here, every day turns into a fascinating story where children not only learn, but also really enjoy life. From scientific experiments to water battles, our camp has an atmosphere of creativity, activity and real childhood.

Not without entertainment on the water – after all, what is a summer adventure without water adventures? Our campers swam in the pool, learned to stay on the water, played team games and just enjoyed the summer coolness. But the biggest delight was caused by fun fights with water pistols and buckets – the whole day the school grounds turned into a water Arena!

Loud laughter, happy faces, splashes everywhere – and not a single dry T-shirt. Such activities not only bring joy, but also help to unite children into a real team, develop dexterity, reaction and emotional intelligence.

Another of my favorite entertainment was playing the “acting mafia”. This is not just a variation on a popular game – it is a real improvisation on stage, where everyone had a chance to feel like an actor, embody the image, convince, play a role. Children learned to work with voice, facial expressions, gestures and logic, developed acting skills and analytical thinking.

And most importantly, they learned to listen to each other, build trust and argue their opinions. This game has become a great combination of entertainment and development of M’what skills.

The focus was also on an incredible themed quest, during which students helped the legendary Loch Ness Monster find its home. To reach the goal, tourists solved riddles, searched for clues, went through mazes and completed team tasks.

This quest was not just a game – it was a real adventure story with morals about friendship, acceptance and kindness. Children developed logic, team interaction and imagination, and at the same time got a lot of fun.

After active adventures, campers had the opportunity to relax on a cozy picnic in the fresh air. And although it was the most peaceful part of the week – emotions from her no less! Under the rustle of leaves, with their favorite snacks, blankets and fun conversations, students simply enjoyed the moment: they played board games, shared their impressions, sang songs and even drew.

Such moments form a real childhood friendship, allow you to relax emotionally and leave warm memories for a long time.

Every activity in the AISU camp is not just fun. We make sure that entertainment is combined with development: logic, emotionality, team interaction, creativity and curiosity. All our programs are aimed at the comprehensive development of the child in a friendly, warm and inspiring environment.
